It is VERY important that you watch a short video for Tuesday's practice. Go to http://www.totalimmersion.net/ and at the top of the page it will say "TI TV: Watch Our Free Videos" Click on your bandwidth. If you have cable/high speed, click on HIGH; if you have dial-up, probably select LOW. A new window will open. In the scrollable menu on the right-hand side of the new window, select the sixth title from the top: "BUTTERFLY AND BREASTSTROKE MADE EASY"
Watch the video several times until you have a GOOD understanding.
